I got 3 out of the 4 secrets. Hand of Glory, The Eye, and the little Ceremony below. Anyone know what/where the 4th one is?

I've completed all the objectives except for this:

I can't get out of the well. Is there a trick to it? I come back to the surface and just bob like a cork. Can't mantle out.

I don't know what the problems is for you. I just tried it and had no trouble mantle out so there's no trick to it.
