When I look at Thor's post, I see something like laughing at people he says felt "attacked" by the logo, and some crap like that. Innocently mocking affrontery and ignoring--like the opposition does unwaveringly--how it very likely reflects EM's approach to the game, isn't gonna fly, taffer. Should I fully expect everything that's going to be wrong with T4 to be considered an innocent joke from EM not to be taken seriously, no matter how it affects discussion, debate, the current divisions, and the experience playing/fighting with the game, etc.? The bitterness is already here, been here, began before the Thief games came into existence, and this THI4F logo itself is never isolated from the context of the history of the games, personally and on the forums, and one's own experiences with gaming, gaming culture, and purchasing. Until we see proof that the logo is joke afterall, and the same kind of kidding around didn't spill over into the game itself, it's a concern, and for more reasons than just...one...thing.

Unfortunately, I agree with Sulphur. :( The more I read/hear about T4, the more I realize I'll probably have to play it with the lack of expectations I didn't have when playing TDS for the first time.
