Now that thiefmissions is complete (or at least really close to it) with regards to T1, T2 and T3 missions, I would like to recommit to keeping the site updated for the long term and making it as complete a record of pretty much everything about Thief FMs as possible. As part of that, I welcome to community to submit corrections, updates, additional links, etc., either via email, PM or here in this thread. Just let me know what needs to be fixed and I'll fix it. I'll edit this post with info about the current status and what projects I'm working on.
Current status:
T1, T2 and T3 are complete to my knowledge. I need to work on a bit of code to better present demos and other missions without actual gameplay.
All missions either have TTLG forum links, or we gave up trying to find any. (Not every FM has a discussion thread here.)
All TTLG.de forum links I could find are in place. There are still plenty for which I could not find a link at TTLG.de; feel free to look yourself and if you find any I'm happy to add them.
TDM mission collection is very far from complete. As I understand things, all missions are being revised with internationalization support, so I'll hold off until that's done to avoid working twice.
Current project:
Adding links to FM reviews and videos
Tracking down lootlists and walkthrough links I don't already have.
Adding an info submission interface.

And I also want to throw out some thanks; I've put in about 30 hours over the past few days, getting things back up to date but it would have taken me a lot longer without the help of The Phantom and especially gnartsch who for ages maintained an incredibly detailed and complete list of everything that was missing. Without that help I'd still be tracking down forum links for at least another month.

OK, now this has been stickied (sticky'd? stuck?).
I've loaded the full complement of TTLG.de links that I had available. There are still plenty of missions without links, and anyone is welcome to send me more.
I know there are other communities 'round the globe; if anyone wants to send me links to FM-specific threads in those communities, I'll be happy to add them to the database and add the code necessary to display them.
And, finally (for now, at least), a really long-shot beg: Does anyone have any idea at all why Firefox shows the thiefmissions favicon just fine in a tab but mangles it in the search bar? I know I must be doing something wrong but I can't figure out what it is. It displayed fine everywhere until, I think Firefox 4 came out so I must have done something right back when I set it up.

Because they removed the favicon from the search bar in version 13 or 14 due security issues:

And because the ttlg.de links: I had already collect almost (well, I'm just a human :P) all links to the existing threads. If there is no link there is no thread. ^^

Favicons (well, technically just icons, though you have to specify a 16x16 ico-format file) are still in the search bar. I mean, I get icons for other sites and what's obviously supposed to be icon for thiefmissions, just garbled. Do note I'm talking about the search bar, not the URL bar. In Firefox they're two different things. Favicons were indeed removed from the URL bar a while back.
Just to be clear, if you go to thiefmissions.com and (with firefox, at least) click on the icon in the search bar, you should see 'Add "Thiefmissions: Search"' in the menu; if you add it, you get quick access to mission info. It even does search suggestions. It also has a garbled icon, which is what I'm trying to figure out.
Regarding TTLG.de links, gnartsch can probably dig up a few more, so we'll see.
