Interesting, they used the T1 Garrett which is very different from T2's skin.

Needless to say I had to snag it all, except the Garrett skin, which required meshes I couldn't find. Now I sort of feel like building a whole 'Thief neighborhood' for my copy of the sims. But I'm not that good a builder. Would be fun, though. If pointless.

Is that Garrett in the very first picture of this thread?

I think there's been a mistake with the outfit, his armguard (is that what you call it? The brown part of the arms) is supposed to be located over the forearm, not over the bicep.
