Hm after installing UT GOTY and patching to 436 I installed Thievery Gold (copied the files) and then I only get this, when I try to start Thievery:

This does look like fun - and surprisingly more "Thief like" in terms of art style than 3+! And 80 maps? Holy cow! Back in the counter strike days we were lucky to have more than a handful.
