Browsing Moddb a minute ago, I happened across the (
http://www.moddb.com/mods/thieves-guild) Thieves' Guild mod by chance. I did a lazy little old hat search for it here, but couldn't find anything, so here it is. It's a Rune mod, so you'll need that game to play this. Release is planned for Dec. 2010.

Looks nice, but it appears Rune is 3rd person judging from the video. Too bad, I might have bought it and tried the mod if it were 1st person.

It has been many moons since I finished Rune, but I'm pretty sure it was possible to switch to 1st person mode.
