Hi I joined the thieves' guild thinking it would be cool (I haven't done any jobs for them) but then I saw that you can go to another town and join the Camona Tong which sounds even cooler being an assassin! :cool: I don't think I can be in both (btw I am in the fighters' guild too) so what should I do? Is it a bad choice going for the Camona Tong or Thieves's guild?
Anyone got more ideas without giving away the storyline please?

You can't join the Camonna Tong, so there's nothing stopping you from joining the Thieves' Guild in that regard.
You can join an organisation called the Morag Tong, which I suspect is what you're getting confused with. But so far as I can recall, there's no conflict of interest between the two, and you can be in both at the same time.

Ah ok thanks that must be it. Will my being in the fighters' guild conflict with being in the thieves guild and if so what should I do about it?

There is no immediate conflict between the 2, some minor ones which the ex guild master in ald ruhn can help you with. But at a certain point there will be quests for both sides which will obviousily cause conflict, but there is a way to raise to the top rank of both which you will have to work out yourself as you go along but for the moment there is no need to worry. A little hint in gaining top rank of both: [SPOILER]When you are the second highest rank of the fighter's guild then you may kill the guildmaster and become the guildmaster without doing his quests, this is especially useful when a theives guild quest asks you to kill him.[/SPOILER]
