During Missions, i usually leave a "Mark" i.e. Leaving an arrow in the table, opening all the doors, leving all the keys & papyruses in a certain room.
I was wondering, does everyone do this? Do you leave a Thieves Mark?

The opposite. I usually try to leave everything as close to it's original state as possible (minus all the missing loot of course :ebil: and all the people who will have Blackjack inspired migraines the next day).
I suppose you could consider everyone in the place all waking up in the same closet, all with headaches and wondering why, a sort of Thieve's mark in a way... So I guess I do after all.

Yep, I certainly do: my rule #1 is "leave no witnesses" (and by that, I don't mean that I ghost missions...)
Also, I usually find a way to cook all the food...

I SLASH every banner I can find! And I like to pile up bodies (unconscious or otherwise) in closets. I also like taking everything I can pickup in the kitchen & throwing it in the sink (if there's water) or fireplace. :D

I sometimes pile up all the servant girls and noblewomen with some lucky random guard, in the master bedroom.... and all the servant boys with the unlucky nobleman, right outside the front of his mansion :ebil:.
Oh, and the city watch officers that meet my friend Jack the Black? They really do need to be all piled up together in a dodgey bedroom, surrounded by every bottle I can find...
I think I'm a social sadist . Ah well, if one is going to leave a mark, leave one they'll never forget! Tee hee!

In the Bonehorde Mission of TDP I have taken all of the failed looters corpses back to the top to get them out of there

I sometimes try to do something creative with objects ... like keys. I'll switch all the keys around, but in the same place as different keys, so when some AI pick up their key for the day something will be off, it won't work, and they'll have to scratch their heads.

That sounds like more work than fun...
... however, I am guilty of destroying (almost) every NPC in Soulforge and putting them in the Northern Apse.

I ghost. Leave no trace except for a lack of expensive stuff.

Funny thing about that: I did the exact same thing once.
