Christine Schneider did an amazing job at these missions. I haven't completed the campaign yet (I believe I'm at the 7th mission out of 8) but the missions so far are fun, well-designed (the first few ones have some minor bugs like flying objects but thats ok), a nice story and not too hard yet not too easy either.
The missions are very atmospheric as well. They were made in 2002 to 2003 I believe and I only found out about them since last year. You should really give the missions a try if you haven't played them yet!

Once you're done with the "Lord Ashton" series, you can find more from the same author on thiefmissions.com. "The Night Falcon" is another long series, "Curse of the Falcon" a shorter campaign dealing with events after "Night Falcon", and then there are some single missions like "Mountain Monastery". All of these should keep you occupied for a while.
While looking for Christine Schneider's missions on thiefmissions.com, keep in mind that most missions from the series are also present there as single missions. The campaigns' descriptions should list which missions belong to a particular series.

That's awesome thank you :) I believe Pirate's Ahoy is from the same creator as well? I loved that campaign too.

Yes, "Pirates ahoy!" is from Christine Schneider as well.

Don't remind me of that. It's so embarrassing to be a fat thief who won't even fit through double doors, let alone windows.:cheeky:

It seems like I've missed a whole bunch of Christine's FMs back in the day. Which is GREAT Now :thumb:
Found the complete working download list @ the site (
www.ttlg.de)
I just ended up starting from the beginning with Leon. Now I'm in the Ashton series Episode 2 & I'm stuck on my last objective.
The torc is driving me crazy.
The apothery is the one with the blue sign right? Where you rope up to get in. Can't find any info about the torc there,
like Leon says in his note
**PS, just happened to notice the dates of the last post and mine. 1 day shy of 5 years lol
oh look at that, the post started exactly 5 years ago Today. Luckily I recognize most of you, so maybe someone remembers where it is :)
I read of a walkthru from a post dating back to 2002. Anyone know where a link to that can be these days? ;)

I can´t remember if there is a note about the torc in the apothecary, but I remember that the torc was in the mansion´s upper level.
If you want an outright spoiler, it´s in
carla´s bedroom above her bed IIRC.

I haven't played it myself but at present there's a walkthrough/Lootlist on Christine's site at (
http://www.southquarter.com/christine/pageM001.html) I understand from what's been said elsewhere that the site may move in the near future.
Edit. After a quick look, possibly you're on Mission 2 so perhaps you want (
http://www.southquarter.com/christine/la2e.html) http://www.southquarter.com/christine/la2e.html but I think walkthroughs for all Lord Ashton are there. :D
