You are correct that Mission 2's apothecary is the building with the tower in the first part of the village. And, as you've noticed, the torc is not hidden where you'd expect it to be.
Hint 1: It's not in the apothecary tower or the living quarters.
Hint 2: Search the outside of the building.

Yeah, I finally did the
Ctrl+S+Alt+End thing & ended up getting caught & jailed anyway...hehe Next episode :)

A while ago, Christine mentioned on TTLG.DE that a new site for her stuff is in the planning stage. Could be some time until it's back, though.
