I want to have this game's parachuting babies. It's fantastic. I did an agency mission, 2 faction missions and spent the rest of the time cocking around. Amazing.

Yeah I agree but three things keep this from meeting GTA's quality. Faction missions need more variety. Faction mission briefings aren't interesting. Needs more Agency missions.
Make sure you do the faction mission "Stranded" when you unlock it. It's pretty neat.

There isn't, but there's a hot air balloon on one of the islands that you can fly and jumping off the top counts as a base jump! I'm sure you can get higher, but I got bored of waiting.
I'm up to 90 or so for the parachute climb :erg:
