Its actually not that bad. Unlike Gamefly, I almost always get one of my top 3 choices. As a result, it means I get to play all the releases that are either not good enough or too short to justify putting down 60 dollars on. I don't really care how good a game is, its not worth paying 60 bucks for a 7 hour campaign. Its meant that I got to play Left 4 Dead, Overlord 2, Ghostbusters, Dark Athena, Fallout3, Mirror's Edge, and....you get the idea.
If you beat a game more frequently than once every 3 months, you're spending less on new games than you would by buying.

I wasn't even gonna buy this game, but as soon as I saw the main menu (lovingly rendered as a gatefold LP with liner notes) I knew my constitution would give.

Played the demo on 360 for the first time yesterday. It's gone from a game I've heard about to a must-have.
My one reservation is that it reminded me of Full Throttle - lots of snappy and enjoyable dialog and cutscenes, and maybe not the depth of play, at least in single player, behind it.
Can't wait to find out though.

all i have seen sofar points at an enjoyable, quirky and original product. All I want from a game. I don't expect MeatCircus difficulty/frustration for that game. gotta get it for a friend so I can play it on his suck-box.
