To Remake, or not to remake Unknown Treasure...

You mean like remake from scratch, or making some major changes for the old one, or just open it in 1.21 and optimize with 32 2x lightning?

Well, basically I was going to use the version of the map I'm using in TROTB 2 with a bit of additives. The underground area will definitely will not be the same. On top of that, there will be a second mission in it. Of course, it will be new dark only just like TROTB 2.

Well, if by "remake" you mean: reducing number of the guards, adding some shadows and generally making this mission a little bit more player-friendly... then please, do :p

Basically it's one of my all time favourites with it's unique atmosphere and sharp textures, nice AI skins, and good side stories. So, I would really like a new version even with some additions. :)

Do you just want to hear from authors, Gort? If you want the fans' opinions, you could post a link to this poll in the Unknown Treasure thread or maybe even start another poll in Fan Missions forum.

There's no "why not" option in poll :P

If you have time and motivation to do the remake, then just go and make it, there's no really need to ask our opinion about it.
