Otherwise Uwe will punch your lights out.
(Ha. Also the phrasing used in that article, I see :)

... well, I'm glad it wasn't what I thought from the thread title, namely that one of us had died.

Eh I kinda like him. Picking on Uwe Boll is getting a bit old. Plus his movies weren't much worse than bigger blockbuster efforts like Tomb Raider, Prince of Persia, Hitman and the likes. It's kinda sad what he's saying about the straight to video market. It is true I haven't bought a DVD in a long while, but I would have thought stuff like Netflix would be a natural home for movies like these. I mean guys like Michael Jai White and Scott Adkins have carved out a nice little niche for themselves, I don't see why he couldn't do the same.

The last video game movie I saw was Super Mario Bros. back when it was released, so I'm not really up to speed. It was an effective early intervention.

I still watch Tomb Raider every so often. So deliciously bad it's good.

Confirming, not that bad movies compared to many. And Postal was far better than the 3rd game.

Hey, the Prince of Persia movie was pretty decent! :(

If you want to get a glimpse of what you've been missing, Giant Bomb's
(http://www.giantbomb.com/videos/tang/) This Ain't No Game can help. Most of Boll's movies should be there, although they haven't made new videos for a few years since Ryan Davis died (RIP).
