This has been discussed before, I think...
anyway, yeah, what slyfoxx said.:) When you are either in the dromed window or in-game, you have to type into the console ai_aware_of_player, which will disable their ability to be aware of you. As far as getting rid of AI altogether, I don't believe it's a simple toggle (dromed people correct me if im wrong) you'd have to manually go in and remove the AIs.

You could turn them all off and make them rigid statues: ai_sleep_all
You could select them and delete them, but you will have to use DromEd further to access some areas if you delete an AI with links to objectives.
