I've imported your MOD on GarrettLoader since I didn't want the MOD changes as permanent. In fact you forgot this: if a person wanted to play another mission after your, what he could do? So I've zipped all your files, keeping perfect intact all your files hierarchy and loaded through GarrettLoader, that remembers what files are changed loading your mod. In this way it's possible to reverse the installation and installing everything else, after having tested it.

Oh... didn't thought of it that way. Pretty clever. However, you said your weapon didn't work. Please explain that.

When I approach the Inner keeper, none of the weapons works: if I select the blackjack, for example, and press the left mouse button, that I assigned to the hit movement, nothing happens. So I'm stuck there.

I think that's because you installed it through GarrettLoader. Let me explain. My animations are made b editing 3 files:
T3Camer.ini
T3Playeranim.ini
KernelGFX_all.ibt (this one contains 3 changed files: All 3rd p anim put into 1st p anim).
GarrettLoader might block th ibt files. Or, more likely: Your user.ini is from the editor, making the game not reading the IBT Files. Than, all weapon animations should be stuck.
Here's what you must do:
Uninstall GarrettLoader, t3 editor, the minimalist project (if installed) and any other mOD.
Uninstall Thief 3.
Re-install the game, CLEAN.
If you want, install GarrettLoader (but with causion) and John-P's textures.
Don't install the editor.
Don't install any mod besides John-P's textures (so don't install the minimalist project).
Than, install my MOD.
This is also explained in my Readme, but apperently you don't want to read it.

Hmmmm... potter said that all the files were replaced by the ones in the zipped file, so in other words there should be no problems.
Maybe it's better to contact him asking to evaluate this matter.

If I were you, I would re-install Thief 3 completely, and make an backup copy of the complete folder, So that you have two Thief 3 games on your computer. Than, apply my MOD on one of them as written in my read me. Than it should be alright. To install my MOD, PLEASE READ THE README FIRST.

There is nothing in your readme that is absolutely needed to run your mod. The 1.1 patch fixes 1 thing, and that's the difficulty reset bug. The enhanced textures are also not needed.
Something like this should have come with a proper installer to remove the mod, as it stands...I'll have to reinstall my game to get rid of it. Biiiiiig no no.
I don't know why you're constantly telling the more experienced modders on this site that they don't know what they're doing. lol They have years more experience, and yet you're continously shaking your little emoticon head at them as if they're clueless. Dude, it's a self extracting zip file, I think they know how to use it. lol
I always try to focus on the good things before any critique, but I'm having trouble with this one.
What exactly is this enhanced lighting you speak of? It takes the place of Bloom on the options menu, but I couldn't see anything very enhanced about it.
The 3rd person animations are no better than the originals and are far worse in fact. The player camera is tossed around when I swing the blackjack or the dagger. That isn't realistic....I don't jiggle around like that when I'm swinging something.
I think a huge part of the problem is all the hype you were trying to generate around this mod. You make it sound like the second coming of Jesus himself. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine achievment to get a mod finished and released but you have to be able to look at it objectively and understand what is good or bad about it. A lot of this stuff just looks thrown in for no good reason.
I think (
http://www.jrsoftware.org/isfaq.php) inno setup would have been an easy program to use for creating a 'proper' installer.

Hello New horizon,
First of all, i never said i know any better. In fact, I keep screaming around that I'm just an amateur.
Second, I just don't want people to get confused, so I ask them to read the read me first.
Third: I had a lot of pressure around me, so that's why I published the mod so "naked" (as in, not with an proper installer).
Anyway, if you feel that I have offended you, or any of your friends, or if you feel I did something (terribly) wrong, than please accept my apology.
Yours,
Tony Ayalew.

It looks pretty neat, though besides being pretty and all, I'd find that playing the game with arrows that bright would seem to destroy the purpose of those arrows, eh?
Also, Tony, fix that quote at the top, just making sure...

Hello Albert,
I don't think I'm following you...
>Only the fire arrows bright up, and that's normal. I just intensed that light.
>And what's wrong with my quote?

Tony.
