@Bikerdude
As you can see from my profile English isn't my first language either. It's my third language actually. Usage of quotation marks isn't unique to the English language though, in case you didn't know.
In any case I just asked Tony Ayalew a simple question, no need to to get all worked up about it.

WHY IS EVERYONE SO GOD DAMN TOUCHY ALL OF A SUDDEN?!
To use quotation marks, to not use quotation marks, sarcasm or not sarcasm, innuendo, insincere friendliness, dogs and cats raping each other. Holy hell!
Let's not bicker and argue over who killed who... Opps, wrong digression.
Aw forget about it. Everyone, pistols at dawn and may the best man win.

??? I just told everyone I was NOT sarcastic, and now everyone just tells to everyone that I was sarcastic? This type of things happen a lot, and I don't like that. Why does no one trust me? I was not sarcastic. My reasons for putting " on it:
>I wanted to make the word "friendly" more noticable, so I put " on it. I wanted to show New Horizon that I appreciate what he did. Is that too difficult to understand? Maybe grammatic rules are diffrent in English.
-Hey? Maybe I just tell you in Dutch. Maybve you can understand that:
in dutch: Ik zette een " voor het woord "friendly" zodat het meer opvalt, zodat New Horizon begrijpt dat ik het waardeer.
So, you understand that?
Regards,
The apperantly untrustable Tony W Ayalew.

Or rather because he is quoting himself, so the quotation marks are perfectly fine.
And to be on topic:
It's nice to see that people still work on Thief3, though I doubt I will ever install it again. Nevertheless congratulations for your mod!
Neuling, that is correct. The second time I was quoting myself. The first time I was making the word "friendly" ("=quatation") more noticable: I wanted to show New Horizon that I really do appreciate what he is doing for me. Next time, I will just make it with capitals, before someone will try to kill me for using ".
And thank you for your congratulations! I hope you play Thief 3 once again, I think my MOD is quite good... I think.
And again, this was NOT sarcasm, I am really thanking Neuling...
Regards,
TWA.

I just wanted to point out why New Horizon could have taken what you wrote as sarcasm so that you might not make the same mistake again. If you want to continue thinking that everyone's out to get you then that's your problem .
Oh, and BTW if you just want to make something more noticeable why not just use
bold or underline?

It's not that nobody believes you, or mistrusts you, it's just the context in which it was all written. The rules are somewhat fluid for this whole thing, but within the context of the conversation, the "" were far too easy to be interpreted as sarcasm. It's the internet, we don't get to see facial expressions or hear the intonation of a voice.
Just relax.

OK.

I sent Tony the installer. As long as there aren't any issues, it should be in good working order.

Hello new horizon. I appreciate what yu did. I really do. But...well, there are issues:
>The day before yesterday, I updated some system files of my MOD, so my MOD works even better. But, since you made the installer with the older files, your installer doesn't have the updated files.
>You didn't change the "how to install"- discription in my Readme file, so people might get confused by that. Speaking of which, I also updated my Readme file at the day before yesterday, so the readme file in your installer is wrong anyways.
>On the readme- page, it says below if one agrees with the "license agreement". My readme is not a license agreement, and calling it a LICENSE agreement is - as far as I know - illegal. You should have called it an USER agreement.
>The Uninstaller doens't work. I thought that was the whole point of your installer: The ability to savely uninstall it. Well... that important part doesn't work properly: Installing my MOD, and than uninstalling it causes my Thief game to stop working.
So, New Horizon, I really do appreciate you did this for me, but I cannot use it.
- Tony W. Ayalew.
