In Tracing the Courier, there is no loot goal, per se.
BUT...!
Garrett wants to pick 6 pockets--the loot amount isn't important for completing the mission--yet given the number of potential targets with 5 keys (3 of which are carried by the Mechanists who ambush the Pagan, and are not reachable until they leave their posts), 2 potions, or 8 purses of varying value (25?, 50, and 100; gems or gold), Garrett will come away with no less than how much in pickpocketed loot? I can't check the changes in difficulty to see if the pickpocket goal is present in all difficulty levels, let alone check variables in how much is maximally available per difficulty level, or I'd just do it.
I'm only interested in the absolute minimum that the player can't help but acquire and finish the mission.
This may be easier to answer in the Editors' Guild, but if anyone wants to take a crack at it, I'd be very grateful. It's the only mission in the trilogy with such a goal, and the only one that has an unspoken loot minimum, yet is not zero in truth.

The pickpockets on Expert include 4 arrows in archers' quivers and 2 potions. So the absolute minimum loot for 6 picks is 0.
There are also 8 purses. One of the purses is worth 25, two are worth 50 each and the other five are worth 100 each. So the maximum loot attainable through pickpockets alone is 625. (The other 7 loot items total 205 so the total loot is 830.)
There is no pickpocket goal on Normal or Hard. The other differences are that on Hard you must not kill any innocents; on Expert you must not kill anybody.
(I can only find 3 keys and none of them are pickable.)

I knew I was forgetting other (obvious!) pickpocket possibilities! Thanks! I could only peek in DromEd and see how many of each item were placed around the map, knowing the difficulty level would slay a number of them. I also noticed that there were 2 loot values in the Properties for a couple purses, so it would say 100 in one field and 50 in another, for example, and didn't know which one the game used. Thanks for being thorough! :D
