Oh man. Maybe I need to buy a Nintendo DS. This actually looks really impressive... check the gameplay (eventually) video in the second link.

It has Race, Platform, and Puzzle; the editor (obviously), three environments/car types, multiplayer. It might not be TMU, but for a handheld game I'm extremely impressed.
When I bought Trackmania Sunrise, I thought it was an software engineering marvel (as well as a stunning game). It rather looks like they've done it again.

Yes, I've been thinking of getting one as well after seeing this and that Underworld port that Al_B has been putting together.

Hoo boy! It's got stadium environment. I have probably spent over 1000 hours playing nations. If I ever get a DS, I will definitely get this
