I'm in two minds about this news. I just started playing Fall of Cybertron, it's fantastic and am happy that they've announced a sequel.

A few facts:-
1. It's not being developed by High Moon, but by (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/transformers-rise-of-the-dark-spark-developer-revealed-edge-of-reality/29446/) Edge of Reality, makers of recent F2P hit shooter Loadout.
2. It's a crossover between the Cybertron and Bayformers verses.
3. (http://www.joystiq.com/2014/02/15/transformers-rise-of-the-dark-spark-revealed-at-nyc-toy-fair/) No competitive MP, only co-op Horde mode. XP progression system is shared between the SP campaign and Horde mode.

I'm not too thrilled about another game dealing with parallel universes, we just had Bioshock Infinite. A change of developer is also discouraging, even if they do have a quality track record.

Apparently they kept (http://www.examiner.com/article/ex-high-moon-studios-employee-on-deadpool-troubled-development) continually cutting back on Deadpool's budget and deadlines; they purposely aimed for a 6.5-ish average Metacritic rating (LOL WTF?).
