Whats the fucking point of having the goal in soccer be that big anyway, if I could decide it would be so tiny that the goalee could cover it without moving.

I was going to go on a whole explanation of how using pseudoscience to explain silliness tends to just lead to more silliness that needs explaining (why would anyone with access to teleport tech use a teleport protection system that neatly allows it to be stolen in 20% increments?? Hell, why not just use the apparently infintely active teleportation tech to teleport everyone off the planet anyway?).
But then I realised that I already lost by getting involved in the first place. :(

Are you fucking serious
Yes.
Also, NASA leaves used up space junk floating around / burns it in atmosphere / lets it collect dust on mars, because it's a "tactical advantage" over forking money/effort/resources/time to bring it all the way back. Kind of like your suicide.

You're a chaser, caught the enemy capper and got the flag back?
KAny class, running low on ammo?
KNot where you needed to be?
KAnd? What's wrong with that. Yes it is not a game mechanic common to many games, BUT it is a game mechanic - make an avatar, send into mission, once mission is complete terminate. Different playstyle but nothing wrong with it if the game is designed for it.

If your game is designed in a way that it can be to the player's advantage to kill himself then it is badly designed, period.
(Not counting shit like PST)
Though I do love that you essentialy equate a wrench with a human in super-advanced frictionless jetpack battle suit. I know human life doesn't mean much in SPACE but at least you'd want the suit, seems pretty expensive.

Games are not reality. There's so many things that dont make sense in the T2 universe, killing yourself isn't that far fetched. Especially since you respawn - oh hey - remember when you gave an explanation for CTF and said how the flag energy ball returning to base is some auto-teleport mechanic? Well pressing K isn't suicide, it's teleport to base button! WHAMMO

Cool, send HiRez an e-mail to implement this
Yakoob on 28/2/2012 at 19:34
I'll do it as soon as you send them one to convert flags into magical auto teleporting energy balls, or whatever bullshit explanation you came up with to excuse the other typical video game bullshit.

ladies, please

Wait is that official or a fan made? Why make an addon for a crappy game no one plays?
