Damn, I never got around to completing Trine 1. Something I should definately do actually...that trailer looks amazing.
Trine 2, Portal 2 and Comic Jumper are the top 3 games on my 'must get' list at the moment.

Wow!!! Trine 2 looks so great! I played through the first one with my brother which was a ton of fun. I'm glad they're adding more types of baddies; the skeletons got old pretty quick. And hopefully the sequel will be a little longer. This is a day-one purchase if I ever saw one!

I bought this for €4 back in the Steam summer sale, and just got around to playing it over the last two days (clocked in at around 9 hours to finish it).
Trine is an absolutely charming game, an absolute joy to play.
The amount of detail in the levels is amazing, the gameplay is smooth and enjoyable, the story has a lovely classic fairytale feel to it.
I haven't had this much cheerful fun playing a game in a long time.

Just finished it, on Normal, and maaaan that was easy. The last level I had to retry 3 times, but considering it was the hardest bit in the game it really was a breeze overall. Each one of the characters are a blast to play but they are a bit overpowered I think. For instance if the mage hadn't been able to conjure up boxes it might've led to some trickier puzzles. Also I wouldn't've minded if some sections forced you to play as a specific character. While I'm complaining I'll also go on to point out that the story is some generic dungeons and dragons drivel which will put you to sleep unless you hurry up and press the "skip cutscene" button right away.
Alright, I'm all done complaining, back to the compliments. This game is fantastic! And it's only 5 bucks on Steam right now, EVERYONE GO BUY IT! :D

Yay for more Trine, but it sure is dark (and a little blurry) judging by that video.

no game should be allowed to be THAT PRETTY. And dare I say it: best use of bloom EVER !!! I love the bloom in Trine. I'm getting all weepy-eyed when I see those images and hear that sweet, sweet music that's still in rotation in my player.
PS: Henke: You never played Trine 1.0 I guess ? You would have HATED THAT LAST LEVEL. They tweaked it around 3 times to get to the difficulty it has now.

Gob-smacked. Day 1 purchase for sure.
It's good to see a greater variety of enemies now.
