He had a camera in the roof of his house pointed at his neighbours', wherein lived a girl who would have been underage when he started filming. He claimed it was for research into postures, etc.

But I can't find any news since Dec 09, so who knows what happened?

Spying on your neighbors isn't nice but that's a good picture actually. If anything I'd think it might have helped his claim of doing it for art.
