troubles with placing decals in books

I have troubles getting decals in books. Some will show up, others won't.:rolleyes:

Are there special requirments fot the decals? Format, size, ?

I want some png's in with a blank background (100 x 200 pix.) Can't newdark handle the blank background?

Do they have to be powers of 2 like textures?

Transparency is acceptable and the dimensions do not have to be powers of 2.

ok, got it working.

I found out it was an issue with the alpha channel.

did read up in modders-note about "image alpha". don't know a thing about "1 bit alpha" stuff, but google did help.:p:cheeky:

If i create a file with a transparent background in photoshop it won't show up in my book when I save it as a regular .png file.
If I choose "save for web" it does.:D
