Trying to remember a really old T2 fan mission

There was this really old fan mission where you were a detective (I think) and you had a flintlock pistol or something like that.
I remember there was a pub or tavern or some such and in that building there was a bathroom that had a toilet with a head in it.

I've been trying to find this fan mission but maybe I am instead remembering a different game entirely? I dunno. Maybe you guys can help me.
