Actually, the Black Frog is a campaign. In the second mission, you have to steal a portrait from a highly secured gallery and therefore you had to put out some deadly traps. For reference: (

Yep it's one of my favs, parts that stand out are the floating unused eye, and the person trapped up in a tower, or maybe hiding there.
Unfortunately all named aren't the mission. It was stand alone I feel, and, it was very tight. One exhibit/section was just next to the other. Seemed the whole place was stuff to get but I remember having to come to the forums so often because you had to have not missed anything or you're not getting things unlocked.

Could it be Hightowne Museum, the winner of Komag's second FM contest? That was pretty tight due to the contest's size restriction.

Maybe.. I was watching this lets play (

I feel like it has to much wood flooring, my mystery mission was so hard because tons of marble - as I only just remember. Like a bank but it had special items. I will just go to the mission-by-category thread and cross examine the titles with the screenshots after darkfate. I'm sure I'll find it again.
I have a feeling I never finished it, that's another reason I wanted to go back. Same with another mission I posted here that never was found; it was too scary to finish but now older I can do it but mission is like, gone.

This reminds me that actually the architecture was top notch design. Tightly made, refined details, better than OM place. For sure thief1 or thief2 though, no chance of DM for the date I played it. PLus the marble had that thief to compass looking symbol on it.

Heart of Bohn?
Night Shift? (Small Stock Resource contest)
Or the museum from Calendra's Legacy mission 2? (not sure about this one :D)

I've played Mystic Gems somewhat recently, love Heart of Bohn, it's a lot like my hidden mission but more marble and maybe smaller.
None of the others mentioned so fair are it.
I'm starting to wonder now about this weapon memory I keep having. I should look through every mission to see if there is a plot to take a weapon.
Thanks everyone. Again too I can look in the FM by type soon.

Maybe, sorry I really don't know. I actually don't remember the puzzles but I knew I died a lot, and had to go to the forum a lot. It might have been like, 2005 when I played it, I just know it the details in my first post.

Did you check the fan mission listing thread at the top of this forum?
