I've gone through the flooded tunnels, to the office & the place with one guard, the big watcher -- the one that can throw bombs at you -- and the shed with the well in it. I have no idea what to do now! I've gone down the well, gone through all the tunnels, shot a rope arrow on the roof, disabled the guard and the watcher (but the passages beyond the sliding gate lead to dead ends)... the only thing I can think of is using one of the "unstable" exploding barrels to explode the wooden planks in one of the flooded tunnels, but even that didn't bring me much luck... any suggestions? Thanks much for any and all help... this fan mission is incredible!

There should be a hallway just beyond that, it has a gate at the end of it with a large mech child and I believe a hammer walking back and forth. In that hallway there should be a door on the right side. go in there.

Someone please correct me if the above was wrong.

Where can I find the lost key for cargo storage hold 4?
Difficult Level:hard
 Cool mission!
Nightwalker on 16/10/2001 at 19:44
Highlight here for help: On Hard the key to cargo storage #4 is in the Brotherhood of the Sword warehouse (the one with the spiders). You need to go over by the room with the big table on it (not inside of it), stand facing the pipes with your back to the room. The key is on the lower pipe, on the far left hand side. :)

Belboz, great level. NightWalker, thanks for your help. BUT...... :o
I really need help finding
Spoiler:
that goddamn key to the cargo compartment. I have looked for it everywhere. Another posting had it near some pipes in a warehouse with the spiders (playing the hard level which is the one i'm on). Well i've spend days looking all over the warehouses dodging spiders, both biological and mechanical and i'll be dammed if i can find any more keys anywhere. Please hold my hand and guide me to where that key is.

Also is there anything to be found in the
Spoiler:
sunken ship areas. I kinda swam around down there, but all i really found was a lack of oxygen

I got into the ship at the dock too, got down into the hold and found the
Spoiler:
box you can climb down into. I tried all the keys on the frobable floor, including the secret compartment one, but nothing seems to work. How do you open this door?

I basically i'm finding the mission ending kinda vague on this one. The two different ways of finishing both seem to come with frustrations. I have really liked the levels, this one, and the prequel. But, the solutions (skulls/button/keys) seem to be tough to figure out. Or maybe we are taking our trains of lateral thought in different directions. ;) Thanks for your help.

Okay, let's try again. :)
Spoiler:
If you are playing on Hard, the key really is on the pipes, but you have to be almost on top of it to see it. You need to be in the Brotherhood of the Sword's warehouse. At one end, there is a room with a table in it, a spider patrolling in front of it and across from the door to that room, there is another, funny looking room (a sort of metal container) that you can go inside and get some things out of little niches in the wall. Are you with me so far? Beside the funny little metal room, there are vent pipes running out towards the more open part of the warehouse. Mantle up on the lower pipe RIGHT BESIDE the funny little metal room, walk along that pipe to the other end(which isn't very far), and search by your feet for the key. You should find it.
If there is anything to be found in the sunken ship area, I didn't find it.
If you are trying to open the secret compartment AFTER you've been to the sub, forget it. You can only do that before you take the transporter, I THINK anyway. After that, if you read the name plate on the ship, it is a different ship. You can still see the compartments, but you can't access them anymore. That is an alternate way to get TO the sub, that's all. If I'm wrong, I'm sure belboz will come along and correct me.
