[SPOILER]You couldn't get the 4th one until you had the first 3 in place. Go back out to the other cave that has a temple with steps up to the front. Now that you have 3 heads in place, the doors at the top should be open. Look in there for a yellow tri-key, then go out the opposite side of this cave and look for a place to use the key. That'll get you the 4th head.[/SPOILER]

I have found a Guns of Navarone "Egg," and a Frog Beast Egg... Not sure what they're for. Also, I have the "Sacrifice Torso," I've tried placing it in the temple with the pyramid, but so far no luck. Any hints would be great.

Yes, I was puzzled by the GON egg myself, guess it has no use except to be bounced around, which is rather fun.
Frog eggs: You throw them, a frog hops out and attacks any enemies it sees. This is usefull because not only is it a good weapon and distraction, if it kills another AI it itsn't considered your fault. So on expert levels when you can't kill anyone you can still kill with frogs. :D

Guns of Navarone, I loved that movie! I just had this image in my mind of me throwing the GON egg & than Gregory Peck pops out of the egg & gives a serious, dramatic speech to some unsuspecting guard......anyways those of you who have seen this WWII classic will see what I mean.....?

i cant find one of the skulls. its the skull of Phol, its the only one cant find.

Welcome to the forum, ausiechad! :)
There aren't many walkthroughs available for these FMs. There are a few and they are usually listed with the mission at the Circle, (
http://www.thief-thecircle.com/missions/) here .
However, I think you'll find the missions are much more fun if you just explore. Then, when you get stuck, just come visit us here. You'll usually get the help you need quite quickly. You can also use the "search thread" button near the righthand top of the thread. Put in some details/keywords and you may find your question has already been answered for someone else and you won't have to wait at all.
As for the skull of Brother Phol,
you need to go into Lord Thumanite's warehouse and search the main floor for his offices. That's where you'll find the skull. Look for a hallway with a watcher and a turret.(Just in case you don't know how to read the spoiler above, put your cursor at the beginning of the blue space, hold down your left mouse button and drag across the blue to highlight it. The words will appear so that you can read them. :))
