Thanks for trying Nightwalker. I had the same problem. I had to go way back and work my way to the drop-off point again, then replaced the save. That water current is such a nuisense :)

On the sub, you need to [SPOILER] stowaway in one of the cargo bays, the one opened with the key that is NOT on the board with the rest. Which one it is depends on which difficulty level you are playing on. If you are playing on Normal, then the key is on board the submarine. Just find it, unlock the cargo bay, go in and shut the door. If you are playing on Hard or Expert, then you have to read the clue about where to look for the key, then find the "ancient" coin and teleport back to town to look for the key. Then teleport back to the sub and stowaway in the appropriate compartment.[/SPOILER]

and also, this key that are in the warehosue with the spiders, what does it do?

Well, if you have the key from the Warehouse, then you're ahead of the game, because most people can't find it. You use it on the submarine, when you get there.
As for the skulls, you'll find Brother Sol [SPOILER]down in the cave below the sewers where the burricks lurk.[/SPOILER] Brother Xil's skull is [SPOILER]in the basement of the Temple of the Spring. Look in the far corner for a lever on one of the ceiling beams. It moves a bookcase on the far wall.[/SPOILER]
