I think you've got aways to go. You need to go up onto the platforms above the burricks and explore thoroughly. Make sure you read everything carefully in this mission as there are some clues it's easy to overlook.

Finished it. Thanks much for the nudges!
I would very much like to see the next installment in the series. Belboz is a hell of a designer.

There are several missions in the series that come after Shoreleave. Have you played them all? I can't remember the proper order but they include: Making Tracks, Chasm of the Lost Pt.1 & Pt. 2 and the Trickster's Rift Gem Mine and Elsewhere which come as one package. They're all great and I hope someday we'll see the other missions that were to follow these ones.

Ooooooo... haven't found those. I'll go grab them now. Thank you!

Hey folks,
I´m also currently playing this mission
and I´m almost done with it BUT
where is the key for the cargo bay 5 in the sub ? I looked under almost every stone on the graveyard. I can´t find it. The grave which is referenced to in the scroll on the sub has only the vase, but I don´t know what to do with it (bashing it with the sword after hours of key seeking without any result was no solution) btw.: do I need to get into this cargo bay ? This is the way to exit the mission, isn´t it?
Thanks for helping....
@Zephriel: The switch at the beginning in your room in the Inn is to disable the "no knockout´s" rule
which means that you can then send the guards to sleep.
edit: O.K. found some other postings about the mission and now I know how to get the key
( It even came into my mind before to get some flowers but I didn´t found any in the
mission. So let´s go for seeking 'em ....)
O.K. it starts to be just embarrassing but after
hours I needed to find the
roses
in Shore Leave I now have the next problem in the first part of UP Shit Creek:
I found the first yellow triangle in the hole in the dinning room,
which was quite easy. But where is the 2nd one?
I was in every room (at least I think so)
in the large cave with the elevator. But besides the "special" cheese in the coffin "mmmhhhh yumyum" ;) and some arrows I didn´t found the key. I know it has to be there because I found the scroll which said so. But where exactly is it ?
Thanks.....

The locations of the tri-keys differ on each difficulty.
Did you read Jack Tessara's diary? It has all the key locations in it.

Thank You metal dawn,
I´m sure I read a scroll about the position, but it was no detailed explanation. I think I didn´t read the
diary
.
Problem is that yesterday my graphics card found its way to the builder
so I can´t read it currently until the builder will send me a new one ;)

Shore Leave. Hammerite or Mechanist church in the warehouse. Large, central, wooden beam at the top: at the back end of that beam, there is a vent that opens. I can't for the life of me get onto that top beam -- the roof is too close. So I deduce I'm supposed to come through that vent from the other side and onto the beam, where (perhaps) there is something interesting to find, the Builder only knows what.
I tried going through the vent system reachable from the upper floor of the church, on the right-hand side (as you're facing the altar), in the room with the big vent; but it doesn't seem to lead to a vent that leads to the one I want, at least not that I can find.
Can someone (hint, NW!) pretty please tell me how to get to that openable vent leading to the top beam in the church?
Edit: Gaah! I finally found my way up there -- get to the roofs, the grey roofs, and head east until you find a large vent system; on the top is a grate where you can drop down into the ventilation shaft that leads to the wooden beam... but there's nothing there! It's a rip. Yeesh.
So what are the maximal number of objectives that can appear at the end of Shore Leave? Two are mutually exclusive -- riding in the ship's cargo hold and riding in the crate in the ship -- but are any others?
Thanks,
Dafydd

I don't think there are other objectives. Belboz mostly left this an open concept mission on purpose, leaving most of the things you can do up to the player to pursue if they want to or ignore if they don't. Glad you found the vent. That drove me crazy for a couple of hours too until I found the way in. :)
