The Eastern Sunrise is in the Barracks, in a footlocker.
The Western Sunset is in a crate on a train car near the gem warehouse on Easy. On Hard and Expert, it's inside a crate in the gem warehouse.

I need help here. I cant find the 2nd star to get the key i need to advance in this game. Please Help!

The Star of Dacorius is in the Church. You need to go upstairs and into the Priest's office. The Star is hanging in a frame on the wall.
The Star of Penticus is the hardest to find. Find the Platform on your map, then you need to get to it. It's not much to look at, just a plain raised platform for passengers to use to board the train. Look around behind it and you'll see a passageway you can follow. When you get to the place where there's a hole in the tracks, look to your left and you'll see a desk. Jump over it and then look for a small hole in behind the bushes. Crawl through, follow the passageway and keep an eye out for a small room on the left. In there, you'll see some bits of a broken statue. Pick up the head (3rd head for the ritual), then follow the passageway to the very end. In this room, you'll find 3 pedestals to place the heads on. You'll know when you've got them in the proper places. Once that is done, go back out into the passageway and just a little way down, there is now a doorway on the right that wasn't there before. Inside, you'll find the Star hanging on the wall.

Missing something
I've got the golden skull in my inventory and I picked up the sculpture's head. Where is the "fleshy" head for the third pedestal?

It's in a chest in the Barracks.

i´m also playing this fm on normal, and got stuck as well, i can´t find the key to the apex room in order to put the twin stars, priest ephinof has it, but when i go to his room i can´t find it there.

The Apex room key will be given to you by I. Jones after you find his ghost and listen to what he has to say. Have you been down in the Old Miner's Village yet? That's where you'll find him.

yes i found the ghost in the old mines, but i can´t find what he wants, i´ve got the twin stars though.

Do you also have the the Eastern Sunrise and the Western Sunset? You need to have those before he gives you the key, I think. What difficulty setting are you playing on?
Western Sunset on Hard and Expert is in the Gem Warehouse, in a crate with a top that opens. On Normal, it's inside a box with a lock on it that's on one of the cars of the train outside the Gem Warehouse.
Eastern Sunrise is in a footlocker in the Barracks on all difficulty settings.
