Hello everybody, I am looking for twitchy motions for zombies-like creatures. I got inspired by Cry of fear's monsters (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6aGPcOyd-AA) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6aGPcOyd-AA that you can see at the end of this video, the way they move kinda freaks me out and it would be nice to make zombies more "vivacious". Does anyone feel keen for this work ?

I love the idea of a twitching zombie motion.
I'm currently making a undead version of the OM, "Ambush".
I've been fiddling about with A.I. standing motion tags to get various effects, as I am utterly pants at proper motion editing.

This one is: Stalled 0, Flail 0.
I would love if this flailing were her actual attack movements. Can you imagine this popping up at you, catching you unawares (Five nights in Shalebridge) ?
Apologies for poor quality video, it would appear I'm pants at movie making too (it does go to 1080p though).

I wonder...
I don't know how you'd do it, but could you set up an AI to randomly change it's Time Warp setting every now and again, so that it went from slow to super fast?

Just a thought, but you could use ShadowSpawns "Electrocute Motion",( In the NewConvs) run it through the editor and lengthen the motions so your Zombie would twitch all over, from head to foot.

Thanks Tannar! I had hoped to finish it for Hallowe'en, but it's grown a little bit since then. I'll check out DrK's model.
Tweq/Models settings may work for a twitchy undead type.
If you had six A.I. models of the same zombie type, but all doing their own weird thing at their own speed, then cycle them through Tweq/Models at a suitable rate. Hmm.
I'm off to experiment. :D
Edit: I'll check that out darthsLair!
Edit again: Err, that Tweq thing didn't work, just for models like it says. :o Ah well, at least I've learned something.

All right I'm back to dromed after a while, so I used Stalled 0, Flail 0 which I inserted into the "signal response" of the zombie and changed his standing motion into Stalled 0, Poisoned 0. It looks quite funny and a little bit more spooky but I can't record the result so check it out, thanks everyone :cheeky:
