I´ve been trying to find the two threaths about these two games, but with no sucess, so i´ll make a new post of both.
After playing Two word 2 i must admit i wasn´t expecting to enjoy it, however after playing some hours of this rpg game i found myself addicted to its gameplay, the gameplay has some disapoitments, nevertheless it is satisfying , you have many interesting side missions to accomplish during the whole game, the dialogues between characters are nice, there is a a big quantity of skills that you can develop, sadly it is impossible to develop most of them to a average level. The soundtrack is nice, the graphics are nice, a bit exagerated sometimes, the sun shines to bright that can hurt your vision, the change between day and night is too fast and abruptous, the opponents are a bit clumbsy and stupid sometimes, the storyline is strange at the last part of the game...despite many issues i did enjoy this game and therefore i recomend it to the rgp and game lovers.
As for Venetica, i haven´t played yet the whole game, only some hours, but by now i can say that i´m enjoying this game, the gameplay is nice, it includes interesting dialogues between characters and acessible sidemissions, the landscapes and the design in nice, and unlike oblivion or two worlds 2 you hardly notice clones of buildings in this game, the design of this game is good and natural, also very flexible, the graphics seems a bit sharpless, the bad thing about this game is that you can´t jump or toss yourself from a higher place...the storyline is captivating me so far and the characters as well.
You should give it a try:thumb:

anyways, I enjoyed Two World2 as well. I think the magic system is one of the most enjoyable things I have seen in a fantasy game for a long time. Creating spells is a nice minigame that gives you enough combinations for some individual player expression. A self-buffing Warrior ? A minion-raising Hunter, a mob-controlling mage or a combination of both ? While the story and characters lacked the open world made up for it imo. Who does not love a game where you can just magically run over water while carrying a boat ?

thanks Mothra, i didn´t developed any magic skills, however i found it fun to increase the weapons skills with a anvil, and it was well rewarding the work of increasing the weapons strengh.

Honestly, I loved Two WorLds, but I am not interested in the sequel. It just sounds like it misses too many marks for me. As for Venetica? I was actually going to post an inquiry about it. I have read a few reviews and write-ups about it and it sounds cool. I wish someone else besides cardia1 would post an opinion.

Hi Gunsmoke, i can post later more comments about Venetica as soon as i finish this game, so far i´ve been enjoying this game. Two world 2 is much better that the first one, i don´t recall enjoying the first one, but i will give another go to the first two world 1, i bought today two word 1 for 1 euro in second hand and it brings a map

I´ve just finished Venetica last month, and i got disapointed with this game, 50 % of the game consists of loadings, some serious bugs, repitetive, and tyring at some point, this game could have been much better, it has good ideas that were not well developed, nice actore voices, nice places to explore although cloned too often troughout the game...don´t waste your time with this game :tsktsk:

Pretty sad. They could also try and make it less mediocre this time around.

Since when did you become an inferior version of dethtoll? Like a little protégé.
He's not missing the point because there wasn't one, it was just your usual news bulletin.
In more pressing news, i wish there was a game called two words 2.
