Yes, jtr7, that's it! Today too sometime I amuse myself killing alot of NPCs, or (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81x42mvbyDs) seeing them dying in the weirdiest ways, especially when they "disobey" to my scripts for a lot of time, and then I get tired and I want to revenge myself ahahah. :ebil: But this is just in the building process. When I play OMs or FMs, I use to ghost as far as I can; nothing other gives to me more pleasure than to swipe the enemies.

I remember when I first played thief, I shot arrows a lot because I was still thinking in ordinary FPS terms, but over time as you understand the game you tend to get less violent, although I don't ghost yet.

http://www.ttlg.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif Nice idea!! Indeed!
The beautiful part of the game is that Garrett can follow your personality, so if you are violent, you could chose the easiest level and killing nearly everyone (that was what I've done the first times I played the game, just for amusement, and to hear them scream hahha), but after a bit of time, when you notice that you are very superior in strength to the NPCs, you begin to annoy, then you understand that the greatest way to play Thief is
Ghosting. Ghosting is a term forged in this forum, that fits flawless what it want to mean: trying to never be detected by anyone, killing nobody, and 0 use of violence.
But if you are at the very beginning with this game, feel free to use violence and using coersion to everyone. Personally, if you will make a mission with this, I will be very happy to play it :ebil:

Actually, Ghost mode was invented by clayman from the (

I agree with you: unless you're ghosting or supreme ghosting, Thief is just too easy.

There is a beautiful woman called Lytha who may dispute the above statement.
(Although pedants may quibble about the lexical, phrase or literal meaning of "Ghost Mode".)

Oh, yeah! :joke: You don't know (or maybe yes??) how many adrenaline flows in my blood when I sneak behind the guard trying to make less noise than possible then succeeding XD It's an uncomparable sensation.
