I don't think anything has been said about what this title is, but damn if that picture doesn't remind me of Thief.

Well, that could be any medieval setting. But if someone told me that was a screenshot or concept art of a new thief game, I'd certainly believe them.

True enough; there isnt anything uniquely Thief in it, but the style and colors are really reminiscent for me. Fond memories.

A medievalesque city skyline at night is very thiefy. I haven't seen many other games using it.
