I noticed that the dog stopped barking. I don't know what triggered that, but perhaps its an indication the mission is complete.

I'm sorry that I don't understand: I read a lot about "dung". I think I know what it is, but I don't know where to find it.
Someone said:
push a button in the workshop
but I don't know where that is. I can't find it on the map.
I find it sometimes difficult to see that other Taffers can solve this FM on their own and I don't. I know I'm a blond,:p but I also know I'm not thát stupid.
It's frustrating sometimes to ask these questions here:erm:

Gloria - First you have to go to Irongauge's manor (the big white building) and read EVERYTHING. That's very important. Once you've done that, you'll be able to go into Littlewort's building. (The door can't be opened until you've read the right thing in Irongauge's.) Go down to the basement, use a flare on the pentagram on the wall and you'll enter a cave. The dung you need is in the cave at the far end. Take it and an iron chassis into the Church (off of the Marketplace) and there's a workshop in there. The machine that you use the dung and the iron chassis in is there and it produces a dung/chassis thingy that you use to get into the crypts.

Thanks Nightwalker, I tried again . got the message: "No point in getting in here ....I'll remember this door for later....." My first lockpick worked, but I can't get any further this way. What have I forgotten?

Gloria: When you have read the doodles, keep them in your inventory - don't drop them.
Gloria Creep on 22/1/2006 at 01:45
I'm sorry ffox: What are "Doodles"???
Thanks for the answer, but:
I gues my problem mainly is a language problem.
Perhaps this is worth a new thread?!

No, it doesn't need a new thread. Gloria, ffox just meant that once you've picked up something and read it, keep it in your inventory, don't drop it especially the ones with little drawings on them (doodles). If you still can't get in then go back to Irongauge's and make sure you've read everything and kept it with you.

Also, generally speaking, make sure you read stuff thats in a garbage pail. I think those Doodles may apply here.
Gloria Creep on 23/1/2006 at 00:21
Yes, I know. I always read ánd keep them.
BTW: Where is this Manor......? In what street?
