Dear Dromeders, there is a thing that has been bugging me for some time. In some missions there is "confirmed missing loot" which makes the loot total unobtainable. Why does it happen? Can't it be fixed?

There are several ways this can happen. Some include:
* Unintentionally putting a loot item in solid, or somewhere the player can't reach it.
* Making a decorative object from a loot archetype, so it has the loot properties but is made unfrobbable. Again, unintentional.
* Making a secret room which has loot in it, then changing your mind and making the room inaccessible but forgetting to delete the loot.
I'm sure others can think of different scenarios. Also, solid beta testing should find this situation and help the author avoid releasing a mission with unobtainable loot.
As to fixing it, once the mission is released about all you can do is fix it in Dromed and release an update. In some cases a DML fix might be able to take care of it, but not all.

Which missions? Maybe it's already fixed. Check the dml fixes.

Maybe it's in the solid or something. There are many reasons why.

I think, the most famous example is 100 of unobtanable loot in Midnight in Murkbell. I happen to know that there are masks in a wall where the player can't reach them.
Can I just open DromEd and drag those masks to a place I can get them?
There also might be other reasons for this to happen, right?
