My current missions should include Realm of the Bone King, which should hit Beta 2 within two weeks. All the other ones listed are also still progressing. Moghedian and I are going to turn to DCE after RoBK is released, and I'm also planning a Halloween '07 release for DP2. :ebil: (Although work won't start on it until sometime next spring.)

My mission is a #23?? Thanks. :D
The numbering indicates alphabetical order only. Otherwise, I'd be kind of depressed being fourth from last. ;)
Phantom, you should probably scrub
Polygon from the list and leave DCE as a co-production of Moghedian and myself. We've not heard from Poly for over a year and recent attempts to contact him have failed, but we're determined to complete DCE as it's close to done already. I only wish we had recent versions of the other two missions he was also working on, they were both amazing (especially one that would have broken new Dromed ground).

That's right, should be a fair way of arranging the list (instead of by order of fanmission detail or earlier classic missions) :cheeky:
I understand that you and Moghedian would like to finish the mission as soon as possible, Yandros.
But i'm not going to remove Polygon from being part of DCE production at the moment. He has an important part in creating the mission, in fact he was the one who started the mission if i'm right.
The last time I had contact with him (june last year) he wrote me an extensive reply about the work he did for Thief. It didn't gave me the impression that he decided to quit with dromed. On the contrary.
But it worries me that he no longer replies to any emails. :erg:
About his other two missions, I know which ones you mean. ;)
Yes that is really some impressive work in case of architecture and design. Let's hope it will be released eventually.

That's perfectly fine. So you heard from him in June? Neither Moghedian nor myself have heard from him since November 2005. Maybe he'll reappear in time to bring his vision to fruition later this year. :D

So he shared some info with you? Moghedian and I have an early version of one of the missions, but of the other we've never seen aught but screenshots. I don't suppose he sent you either of them last June?

I have a simple FM near the beta stage-once I get all my voice actors work in-I'll put it in and wrap it up for betatesting.:thumb:

No, only a few screenshots to show what he was working on.

Since a few weeks I started making the thread updates more story like, and sending them to (
http://www.thief-thecircle.com/) The Circle for posting as news item. Worth reading for everyone who likes to see the FM news more carefully explained.
The first '
Fan Mission News Brief' was posted on 27 december last year: (

Keep an eye out for more of these posts in the future. Check the link at the top of the thread from time to time to see if it has been updated.

Update on my upcoming The Night Watch is that it is no longer a trilogy but now a 4-mission pack. It is in a very advanced state of beta testing and I am really hopeful it will be released in a week or so. Well, it has undergone 5 months of alpha and beta testing so enough is enough! It MUST be released soon! :thumb:
[EDIT]Actually, looking back it was slightly misworded in the last as two different FMs, The Night Watch and A Gold Magick Trilogy but that last bit is really a subheading not a separate FM. It's just one pack and its full title now is The Night Watch: A Gold Magick Story (because I don't know what word is the four part equivalent to a trilogy!)
