As far as I know you're the only one to encounter that bug (so far). So I can't really fix it. I've just had a bunch of people testing for me and they never reported anything of the sort.
I'm going to have to cross my fingers on this one.
As for the taxi I scrapped it unfortunately. It was kinda fun but it ate up waaaaaay too many objects. Plus trying to make smooth, fluid looking flight was driving me mental. I'm back to transporter pads.

You wouldn't believe what photo-realistic textures can do for a mission. It really brings it to life much more than the default textures used in Thief2.
Anyone here making a mission, I strongly urge the use of custom textures. It really brings me into the level and I'm sure it does with other people. Combine that with imaginative design, atmosphere and lighting... you will have yourself a winner!

Dunno how to put this, but did you think of putting a copy of the outer city under the actual city, so that you could have the player fly around w/o object counts getting in the way?
Erm, it was just a dumb thought, dont be silly as to take it to heart.
Also, I'd love (even-stronger-than-love-word) to test SS7 again, to see how it works on my ancient computer.

Sliptip, I'm amazed of the quality of your work. Kill Factory, Ashen Age, First Project, everything looks marvellous and unique :D Keep up the great work!
What is "Strain 7" btw? A seperate mission, or a part of The First Project perhaps?
Too bad it takes such a long time before we can play your next mission.
No offense, but maybe you should focus on a single mission before heading to the next? ;)
I'd rather see one beauty released within a year then anxiously waiting years for several that might never arrive.

Yeah, he knows that. I've learned that lesson from experience and have tried to convince him... ;)
I'm pretty sure he's focusing now on Strain 7 and will until it's released, and will then turn to one of the others. Strain 7 is a completely independent, and futuristic, mission in the vein of KF2 but on a much larger scale. I also think it's possible we'll see two FMs from Slip this year.
