Your post doesn't make much sense, Fire Eater, sorry to say.
A FM made for the DarkMOD will only work with the DarkMOD. An FM made for TDS will only work with TDS. One is using id technology and the other is an ION/Epic hybrid. They wouldn't speak the same language.
And for taffin's sakes, give TDS a try.

No, I don't care to play T3..I made that decision a long time ago...as well as not buying/playing DE2..they were both ruined as far as I was concerned as to what they did with the gameplay, etc. Sorry, but that's the way I feel about them.

I take it you've played the demo then, and made up your own mind based on your own experiences, and not based on hearsay or the disgruntled grumblings of the silly and depressed?
