Ok i installed NewDark 1.22 by taking the newdark and contrib file and putting it in my directory and it still shows that my game is still v1.21 any tips to fix this?

my bet would be that you have just extracted the archives from the main archive. those archives need to be extracted as well.

I have a problem, not very very important (it's no cause crash), since 1.19 and it's continue in 1.20, 1.21 and 1.22. When i use "fog_mode_exp" i cannot modify the distance of the fog, it's all time to the same distance. I have a ati HD 7800 serie, and the last catalyst.

this is a Dromed problem, right? you should have created a new topic in the Editors' Guild - hopefully some mod will move it there soon.
