Forget about both DarkLoader and GarrettLoader now, just use FMSel.

Looking at my user.bnd files, my T2 rope arrow is: bind 8 "inv_select ropeyarrow".

Thanks a lot. I had added this line because it was apparent it was omitted. However I did not realize it should have a "y" there. Reloaded the game and now I can call up rope arrows. Thanks a lot nickie.
