I hope you reuse this mansion for a real FM, it would be such a waste of your work otherwise.
Weird thing....
When I took the Thieves' sacks the loot separated into 2 icons - one for the loot I had protected, and one for the sacks. Maybe it is supposed too ?
However, I played it on Corporal, and I was only supposed to need 2000g. at the end I had 2360g of protected loot PLUS 1730g in Thieves' sacks - and it still said I FAILED when I let Peter in the door.
Also, you can negate the timer completely by just using Sunshine's Darkhook Game Enhancer's fly mode to ghost through the doors - the timer doesn't seem to start unless you legitimately open the door AND/OR go by that room with the broken window.
Finally - if you do fly through the door, then the Thieves mostly just stay rooted in their start positions, or patrol blindly, oblivious to the player - so you can just kill them without a chase in both instances.
Easy to say "don't cheat" - but I always cheat, I can't help it.:cheeky:

Of course, you can cheat, but don't ask me why the game behaves weird. It was tested in non-cheat mode only.
In non-cheat mode you should have one stack of loot and objective checked when you have 2000 or more on Corporal. If you want game to behave as it was supposed, I have to say the easy thing... sorry, there is no other solution.

Totally different in concept for a Thief game, yet still fun to play! That is major achievement! I have not "beaten" the game yet, but STILL I had a blast with it, and I'll defintely be replaying it until I get it just right.

Thanks Zontik. Great work. But all events are preset, right? Moss and graffitti always at the same place. And guards' voices are barely understandable. Is it russian accent sounding rough or audiofiles are of low quality?
Anyway I liked your demo mission. Playing with a guard was fun.

Events - yes, but some things are really random (
fake sounds of footsteps, some thiefs paths etc).
