There's a wikipedia article for everything because somewhere out there in internet land, a group of people have had this exact same argument, and someone eventually got fed up with the whole thing, and said "screw you guys, I'm gonna write a dissertation on this. And you know what else? I'LL CITE MY GODDAMN SOURCES! SUCK ON IT".
And that's how Wikipedia was born. Cuz nerds.
