Since it was posted in response to "That outfit is tame, compared to what she wears later on in the game.", posting a link to third-party skins doesn't really make sense.

Ah, that clears it up then. Since I've never finished the game (and my Malk's male at any rate, and not that adventurous), the power of context compels me to ask: what exactly does she wear later on in the game?

If you scroll down and actually take a look at those skins, you'll findout what she wears in game. Its pretty close actually. Its just a funky bizarre outfit.

I guess poetry of the unspoken doesn't work for everyone. So again :

Does siding with either of the Jeanette/Therese personalities have any bearing on anything later on in the game? I'm unable to get them reconcile with one another using the latest wesp 5.8 basic patch, with persuation 4 and seduction 1 and the pendant and gallery noir quests completed successfully (the Malkavian character wasn't especially nice to either of them). Tried taking alternate dialog options, bumping seduction to > 4 but still cannot help getting one of them "killed" in the end.
So does it matter who "lives"? With gaming hours at a premium these days i just want to move on now.
