I was talking about Bloodlines up above.
Oh sorry . My bad.

The World of Darkness setting has little if anything to do with it.
I think the setting helped, though. The game was made even better because of its rich background, which it drew from the old WoD.

BLOODLINES - Every time you mention it, SOMEONE will reinstall it.
I don't quite get those sayings. A game that good, why would you
ever uninstall it in the first place? Someone wanting to re
play it, on the other hand . . .

It's just an internet meme, it's probably not worth devoting any brain power to analyse it.

Is that also any different from Bloodlines? Apart, maybe, from the flamethrower, with its chance of setting yourself on fire if you're clumsy.
The problem with that is melee was just plain overpowered, while guns were quite weak. They sounded weak, they felt weak, and unless you poured all your points into firearms they were pretty much just popguns, shotguns included.

As Eva said, it's an internet meme. The original one was about Deus Ex.

I agree with ZB. Bloodlines was, and still is an amazing game.
One of my personal favorites of all time and hope that mod sees the light of day. I'll be all over that like a fly to shit.
As far as Redemption, I just installed the demo again and going to give it a whirl. Is the demo indicative of the whole game?
