It does very intriguing. Reminds me a bit of MGS and Starcraft:Ghost.
It's good to see that it's coming out for the PC as well because I'm considering getting it when it comes out. I like Stealth-Action games.
But like Fallout 3 this is going to have a hard time getting into Australia because of the drug content. I really hate that Attorney-General.

Ah yes, yearning for the age when id painted Doom and Quake with such vibrant signal colors. Or did you mean the modern Diablo 3 pastels?
I think it was more of a reference that most next gen games recently have used a shitload of brown filters and grainy effects to look "more realistic". Games like portal and mirror's edge do make a nice change.

Exactly my point.

(
http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/978/978587p1.html) IGN gave it a 5/10.
That review is for the 360 version of the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if the same shortcomings affected the PC version as well (like awkward stealth mechanics for example).

First (hours) impressions?
The bad: it's often stupidly hard and unforgiving with savepoints too far away, the combat is frustrating due to a jerky controlling scheme, no ghosting as the game often forces you to kill every opponent just to find a key, choppy performance, mediocre and all the same looking AI, retarded limitations in a supposedly realistic game (you can't take nazi guns and have to use just guns from lockers with very limited ammo), Violette doesn't have a pretty enough face
The good: the stealth part is okay, killing is fun, oldschool gameplay is there (to some extent), a bunch of good ideas, the game has it's moments, it looks really good. :D
The game certainly is fun, but not quite fun enough.
After a few missions, I'm not sure if can keep playing til the end, and if, probably just for the eye candy with a godmode trainer (hello Dark Sector!).

thanks for the info. after reading the review I didn't have high hopes....
I think I will wait for the price to drop, 40 sounds too much for me.
