I'm sorry to report it's bad. there's almost no interaction with your environment (less than in SC), violett does have a very limited range of moves (1 !!!!! - kill from behind), the checkpoints are few and VERY far apart. there's no visibility meter or fine-tuning of your creep/walk/run speed. there's only:
run-walk-sneak
stealthkill/unpin grenade
shoot gun
no movement-skills at all (can't even mantle a ledge or box)
levels are ok, enemy AI is glitchy, german voiceover is accurate (I speak german) but overall it's a very lackluster affair. btw, shooting everybody in the room is a valid option and sometimes the game FORCES you to kill your enemy.

I just played it myself, mothra, and I have to agree with everything you said. Just a surprise the game even went Gold.

Well, like I said, I'm not very far into the game, so maybe you're right. But the limitation of weapons is kind of a nice thing, actually. I haven't used the gun yet, at all. I have used the knife but I wonder if I could ghost this game. Maybe not. But the atmosphere is very nice.

I highly doubt it is ghostable. I seem to remember being forced to kill at least once, and I only played a couple of hours.

Well I think it's possible to partially ghost it. We need our resident ghost expert Malleus on this, if he's got this game. I've been able to lure guys away from their posts by whistling and passing them by. But some have keys on them and you need to kill them for those.

Why not? It's not too bad at all. Plays like classic Splinter Cell. Check out the screenshot I posted above.
