Looks like the same actor voiced both Denton brothers. I'd say he did a lot better job on Paul than JC.
IMHO the crazy cat lady in Paris was almost painfully bad.

Some of the acting was horrible. Mostly the Chinese and French.
Others were great though. I thought Jock and most of the other UNATCO people were done very well. Some people don't care for JC's rather monotone "Joe Friday" voice, but I rather liked it. I thought it fit the character nicely (apart from "A BOMB?!?!).
The best though had to be Bob Page. Especially when you're entering Area 51 (especially "Jump! You can make it!"). For a while, I thought it had to be the guy that did Q from Star Trek.

You have to consider the sort of "person" that JC Denton is, before you expect any measure of emotion out of him. I recall a few locations where this slipped a bit though -- "Maybe I'll cap his ass too." comes to mind.

Yeah, I'm Australian too and those girls voices were extremely cringeable. I think the Hong Kong barman was meant to be Australian too, at least that's the impression I got.
Walton Simons was voiced by Tom Hall BTW.

I thought on average the voice acting was worse than a game with good voice acting.

Many of the female voices were done by the same actress. That was a bit annoying, at first.
The cop's voice was funny :)
"...the guys from Unaaatcou..." ;)

I didn't think the voice acting was bad, in general. I actually thought Page was the best, but I also liked the exasperation in Simons' "Just fire the arrogant son-of-a-bitch" when talking to Manderley. Speaking of Manderly, I didn't like his secretary's voice at all, the "Jay Cee" still rings through my head every once and a while :(

"A bomb?"

I thought the voice acting was acceptable. I agree with Phydeaux; it does sound like John DeLancie (Q) from Star Trek. The chinese soldiers outside of the canals in Hong Kong were voiced very well to me. It really seemed as if they were struggling with a foreign language. My one complaint: JC's voice seemed to change during the Helios ending. Did anyone else detect this subtle fluctuation when talking to Helios?

Subtle???? It was his one emotional line in the game. I thought it was deliberate. Further comments are spoilers...but think about it.
