I remember when I was a little kid and they introduced the cheese-filled crust. Those things were damn amazing!
And as for this, honestly, I don't see the issue. Hotdog-in-crust has been a standard item at many bakeries all over the world, and pizza dough works just as well as any other I'd think.

I actually tried this the other day out of interest. It's not as bad as you'd think, but very filling and I would hate to have more than a few slices. Still, I'm in the country where you're as likely to get your pizza deep fried in batter so this probably counts as a "healthy option".
